Rates Effective January 1, 2026

Water Rates and Cost

Up to 8,000 gallons: $19.50 minimum
9,000 to 30,000 gallons: $2.55 per 1,000 gallons
31,000 to 50,000 gallons: $2.85 per 1,000 gallons
51,000 to 70,000 gallons: $3.15 per 1,000 gallons
71,000 to 125,000 gallons: $3.45 per 1,000 gallons
126,000 to 175,000 gallons: $3.75 per 1,000 gallons
Over 175,000 gallons: $3.95 per 1,000 gallons

Billing Schedule for 2026

• January 2026 bill will cover water usage for 4^th quarter 2025 (October, November and December 2025)
• April 2026 bill will cover water usage for 1^st quarter 2026 (January, February and March 2026)
• July 2026 bill will cover water usage for 2^nd quarter 2026 (April, May and June 2026)
• October 2026 bill will cover water usage for 3^rd quarter 2026 (July, August and September 2026)
• January 2027 bill will cover water usage for 4^th quarter 2026 (October, November and December 2026)
