Payment Deferral Request Form

  • Payment Deferral Request Form – Residential and Small Business Consumers (with 25 or fewer employees) who are experiencing “a change in financial circumstances due to the COVID-19 state of emergency” are entitled to request a Deferred Payment Agreement (DPA) of their water bill(s) without any down payment or incurring any late fees or penalties. Final Reading Request Form
